We believe sustainable shopping should be convenient. That's why we offer carbon-neutral shipping on every order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or new product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships, complete with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Domestic (US) Shipping:
- Standard: 5-7 business days
- Expedited: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Direct link to track your package
You can also track orders anytime by:
- Logging into your Plindora account
- Visiting the "Order History" section
- Clicking "Track Order"
Carbon-Neutral Shipping
Every Plindora shipment is carbon-neutral. We offset 100% of shipping emissions through verified environmental projects, including reforestation and renewable energy initiatives.
Our eco-friendly packaging includes:
- Recycled and recyclable materials
- Biodegradable mailers
- Minimal plastic (only where necessary for product protection)
- Soy-based inks
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand globally.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
Not completely in love with your purchase? We get it. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email us at support@plindora.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for return (helps us improve!)
Step 2: We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
Step 3: Pack your item(s) securely in original packaging (if possible)
Step 4: Drop off at any USPS location
Step 5: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help!
Email support@plindora.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange. We'll send you a replacement right away and include a prepaid return label for the original item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original packaging (when possible)
Please note: We cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged after delivery
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us at support@plindora.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you
Wrong Item Received?
Our mistake! Email us right away and we'll:
- Send the correct item immediately
- Provide a prepaid label for the incorrect item
- Cover all shipping costs
